Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates, as shipping delays may occasionally occur beyond our control.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty.
After 24 hours, or once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, please email us with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” and include your order number.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can update it.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Damaged Items
Although rare, items may be damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
