Recommended Use

• Dissolve one tablet in 500 ml of water to prepare one serving of Zero Drink. As a general guideline, consume one serving per hour during activity.
• Note: Be mindful of total electrolyte intake. If you’re using fueling products that already include electrolytes, such as Nrgy Gel 45, consider alternating with plain water instead of Zero Drink.
